Staff Bios
Pastor Michael Bottomley
Michael grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and received his Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Calgary and then moved to much warmer climates to attend Westminster Seminary in California Escondido where he completed a Masters of Divinity degree.
Harbor has been Michael's church home since its inception in 2000 where he has worked with several of our sites as Music Director, was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in 2006 and now is our Lead Pastor at Harbor UTC since January 2011.
Michael and his beautiful wife Candice have been married since August 2005 and absolutely love being parents to their daughter Karis!
Among his favorite things to do: watch hockey, play music, go to the beach, eat California burritos, surf when it's warm, be a loving husband and father!
